Cybersex is not a Crime: More on Philippine Cybercrime Law:

CYBERSEX IS NOT A CRIME! When the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10175) states that Cybersex is a crime, I am totally confused about it. Then, they defined it as “the willful engagement, maintenance, control, or operation, directly or indirectly, of any lascivious exhibition of sexual organs or sexual activity, with the aid of a computer system, for favor or consideration.” Is this cybersex?

The closest thing that Singapore has to a pride parade. It’s simply a gathering of the LGBT community and their family/friends as a show of solidarity. It started in 2009 with only 2,500 participants and has since grown exponentially to reach a record 15,000 participants in 2012. I have never attended any of the past 4 Pink Dot events, mostly because I’m still deep in the closet, but also because, coincidentally, I’m usually overseas when these are held. Because it is Singapore, this is a much more subdued affair, with love as its main theme. No half-naked men running around or any of those risqué stuff you usually see at the pride parades. I hope to attend, possibly next year. But for now, I’m just glad there is a growing acceptance of the LGBT community, and this helps a lot in allowing us to love openly.

Best Anime Cosplay Winner for Toycon 2012: Mr Satan aka Master Pogi aka Hero Hercule from Dragonball Z Cosplay.

I never expected that I will click as Mr. Satan because my features are far from him but with the costume and with my extreme fondness for this character I gave justice to his character. Although the dialogues are in Filipino… I hope you will like it for those that are not from the Philippines.

If you think about it, maybe the art of remixing is like bending. In a sense. you’re taking the original element, in this case the original song, and manipulating it into something extraordinary. Okay I admit that’s a bit of a stretch, but you should still give Symphony Of Chaos’s Avatar remix a chance.

Tackling the somber Last Agni Kai, Symphony manages to use the original tune and propel it into something new. For the first half, the song manages to stay true to the original, slowly burning it’s way through its dramatic and beautiful chords. But where the original ends itself with the violin rapidly playing on a cliffhanger, Symphony’s remix concludes with a techno explosion.

Faster paced and driving with its drum n bass shell, it’s amazing to note that while the second half delivers a danceable audio change, the approaching thundercloud mood that hovers above the original doesn’t leave this remix. And that’s wonderful, given just how amazingly beautiful Last Agni Kai is.

You’d want to highlight that beauty, and in that regard, Symphony does not dissapoint. Symphony makes it seem like the original was just made for this remix.
